Sign up below for an Election Defense Alliance website User Account
Any visitor may view the public pages content at the EDA website. However, only registered Account holders are enabled to post (write) content to the public pages. Real names are used as User Account names, and are displayed to public view. All other personal information on the registration form remains private and is viewable only to the website administrators.

Please note: Immediately after you file an Account registration form, you will receive an automated E-mail bearing a password link. Before you can use that password link, your website account must be activated by a system administrator. Wait for a second message that will arrive after the initial password mailing. The second message tells you that your account has been activated so that you will be able to login with your password. Working Group Registration [Optional]

There is also an additional option to join an Election Defense Alliance Working Group. A Working Group registration option will be presented after you complete the registration form for a website User Account.
Working Groups are collaborative virtual workspaces where activists from different regions work together on projects of their choosing. Working Groups have a different privacy policy than the Website Accounts. Joining a Working Group will indicate your consent to share your personal registration information with your fellow EDA Working Group colleagues.

Election Defense Alliance -- User Account and Working Group Privacy Policies --

Websites are often anonymous, but EDA is different. We've got a lot of work to do together to reclaim electoral democracy. Trust is essential. We ask that you register with your real first and last names as your username**, and tell us a little bit about yourself. In return, you will have read and write privileges enabling you to contribute content to the public pages of this website. Your real name will appear to other website visitors, but the rest of the information you enter in the Account Registration Form (below) will remain private, and is not accessible by anyone except the site administrators.

We will not disclose your personal registration information to any other organization or persons, for any reason, without your express permission.

** We recognize that there may be rare exceptions to our general rule, when disclosing your real name would pose a significant personal security risk or an employment conflict (for example, if you are a public official participating here as a private citizen). E-mail DA@electiondefensealliance.org should you wish to request a privacy waiver.

Please also subscribe to receive EDA Annnouncements. The EDA announcements and newsletter list is separate from, and in addition to, having a website User Account. Either click the "Get E-mail Updates" button or fill in the E-Mail Newsletter subscription box displayed on every page. Either one will add your e-mail address to the EDA announcements list.
